Senior Production Foreman

OSSI has a full time Senior Production Foreman position available in Tioga, North Dakota. This position is with one of the most respected oil companies on the Bakken. We are looking for a Senior Production Foreman must have advanced hands-on knowledge and experience in all phases of work-over and service rig completion work.  This position will oversee proper operating and safety procedures on service rig completions and rig work-overs on new and existing wells. 

Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of proper well control and proper safety procedures and practices.

Working knowledge of fishing procedures and tools.

Working knowledge of wireline procedures – SL/ EL.

Good understanding of artificial rod pumping and downhole pumps.

Understanding of dynamometer and fluid level analysis.

Ability to understand and implement company invoicing codes and approvals – Oildex softwar.

Ability to generate reports and tallies – Wellview software.

Knowledge of gas lift and ESP artificial systems, sucker rod lift systems, flowing wells and capillary strings.

Ability to supervise company and contract Lease Operators, as well as personnel conducting repair and maintenance operations.

Ability to oversee contractors performing well services, lease maintenance, swabbing rigs, flow back operations and work-over operations.

Ability to monitor system pressures on wells flow lines, gas and oil sales, shipping lines and salt water transfer lines.

Must actively achieve optimal performance of flowing/ pumping wells and salt water disposal wells.

Draft and maintain accurate records of all well activity.

Daily communications with the Production Superintendent.

This position is located in Tioga, ND and would require that the selected individual be willing to relocate there.
