Production Foreman

OSSI is looking to fill a full time Production Foreman position with a respected oil company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The selected individual must have a stable, solid work history and live in, or be willing to move to, Oklahoma City.

Job Requirements:

Supervise company and contract Lease Operators, as well as personnel conducting repair and maintenance operations.

Oversee contractors preforming well services, lease maintenance, swabbing rigs, flow back operations and work-over operations.

Monitor system pressures on well flow lines, gas and oil sales, shipping lines and salt water transfer lines.

Actively achieve optimal performance of flowing/pumping wells and salt water disposal wells.

Accurately report and maintain records of all well activity Communicate daily with Production Superintendent.

Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience

Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus.

Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background screening.
